With proper care, Five Star Strands bundles can last up to 7 years. Wash gently, deep condition regularly and store your hair properly between installs.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, restocks and holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

All orders ship with tracked delivery. Standard domestic delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days after processing.

Because of the nature of hair extensions, all sales are final once a bundle has been opened, worn or altered. Unopened bundles in original packaging may be eligible — reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Co-wash with sulfate-free products, deep condition weekly, air dry when possible and use a silk or satin wrap at night to protect the strands.
